Nice EDSWG ERA Wireless Keypad & Passwords

The Nice Era EDSWG wireless keypad is for use with Nice automation systems only such as gates, garage doors, shutters, sunscreens and more. The keypad has 13 keys, with a 1 to 8-digit combination that can be input via a radio connection, making this product 100% wireless.

4.1 – How to change one of the three current security passwords


CAUTION! – The following procedure shows you how to change the password associated with command key “A”. To change the password associated with command key “B”, redo the procedure from the beginning by pressing key “B” in steps
01, 03, 05 and 07. Use the same logic to change the password associated with command key “C”.

l 01. Press and hold down “0”; then press and release the command key paired with
the current password that you wish to change (in this example it is key “A”); lastly, release the button “0”.

l 02. Enter the current password paired with the command
key pressed in step 01 (if the current password is still the factory default one, enter the
password shown in the Chapter 4).

l 03. Press and release the command key “A”.

l 04. Enter the new password(1) you want.

l 05. Press and release the command key
“A”.

l 06. Enter again the new password you just created in step 04.

l 07. Press and release the command key “A”: the transmitter emits 3 beeps to indicate that the setting has been changed successfully. If it beeps 5 times, then the new setting has not
been saved.
