Gonzales reaches into his archives for an interview with the singer from 1992<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s your favorite song on&nbsp;<em>Love Deluxe<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If I had to pick one it would be \u201cCherish the Day,\u201d but I don\u2019t know why. I just like it. I think it\u2019s really quite deep, but at the same time it\u2019s a love song. It\u2019s funny, most of the songs I can\u2019t tell you if I really like them or not; it\u2019s really hard to be objective about it. But, \u201cCherish the Day,\u201d I know if I heard it on the radio I would say, \u201cGod, this is good. Who is this?\u201d The rest of them, I don\u2019t know. Although I\u2019m proud of them, it was the most that we could do at that time; at that moment in time, we did our best.
