Independent Venue Week<\/strong><\/a> has been taking place throughout this week (25th \u2013 31st January), championing grass root venues up and down the country who are at the very heart of live music. This year, the campaign has been more vital than ever as the global pandemic continues to affect music venues with the risk of facing closure due to lockdown restrictions. Music Venue Trust<\/strong><\/a> has been working incredibly hard along with musicians across the industry in ensuring the survival of music venues while pushing the government for supported financial funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With no live music currently in place, the industry has been adapting and working creatively to support music venues.
