Italijani to jed nujno postre\u017eejo z bolj slano rikoto, ni\u010d ne bo narobe, \u010de uporabimo feto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sestavine<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 srednje velika jaj\u010devca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zvrhana \u017eli\u010dka soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manj\u0161a \u010debula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 naribana stroka \u010desna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za dober \u0161\u010dep suhega \u010dilija ali po okusu sve\u017eega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 konzervi paradi\u017enikovih ko\u0161\u010dkov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017eli\u010dka sladkorja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g peresnikov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manj\u0161i \u0161opek bazilike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rikota, feta in parmezan za postre\u017ebo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po \u017eelji za majhno pest kaper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprava<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Jaj\u010devce operemo, nare\u017eemo na 3 cm velike ko\u0161\u010dke, posolimo in preme\u0161amo ter damo v cedilo nad korito, da odteka sok, pribli\u017eno pol ure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. V dobri veliki ponvi segrejemo olje, dodamo nasekljano \u010debulo in \u0161\u010dep soli. Na majhnem ognju du\u0161imo okrog 10 minut, prime\u0161amo \u0161e \u010desen in \u010dili (suhega ali sve\u017eega) in na hitro popra\u017eimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Nato dodamo paradi\u017enik in sladkor ter zavremo in kuhamo naprej na srednje mo\u010dnem ognju; okrog 20 minut, da omaka nekoliko povre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. V tem \u010dasu za\u010dnemo segrevati pe\u010dico na 220 stopinj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Odcejene ko\u0161\u010dke jaj\u010devcev popivnamo s papirnato brisa\u010dko ter prelijemo s preostalim oljem. Razporedimo jih na peka\u010d, oblo\u017een s peki papirjem, in pe\u010demo okrog pol ure, da se zmeh\u010dajo in na robovih porjavijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Ko se pe\u010dejo, po navodilih z embala\u017ee skuhamo testenine. Kuhane odcedimo, za pol kozar\u010dka vode od kuhanja pa prihranimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Pope\u010dene jaj\u010devce vme\u0161amo med paradi\u017enikovo omako, dodatno za\u010dinimo, \u010de je potrebno, prime\u0161amo testenine skupaj s nekaj prihranjene vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
